Toni Grainer is an Education Specialist with the Institute for Court Management. In this capacity, she assists with developing and implementing the education programs for the Conference of Chief Justices, the Conference of State Court Administrators, and the Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeals. Additionally, she provides direct support for the Court Executive Development Program (CEDP) by assisting the Dean with identification and recruitment of candidates and design and implementation of Phases II and IV. Ms. Grainer comes to the National Center for State Courts having served many years as both a corporate and association meeting planner. Prior to coming to NCSC, she served as the Project Director for a three-year project with Virginia’s Governors Office for Substance Abuse Prevention helping to develop and deliver curricula and provide statewide technical assistance. Ms. Grainer is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
