Chelsea Woodall is the Director of Instructional Technology and Online Education the National Center for State Courts’ educational division, the Institute for Court Management. She creates enterprise-wide learning solutions for courts, nonprofits, higher education, and private-sector companies. She became director of instructional technology and online education at the National Center for State Courts in 2013, where she reinvented the e-learning division and guides its rapid growth. She speaks regularly at industry conferences on about best practices and effective instructional design techniques. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Language from The College of William & Mary.
