Cynthia G. Lee is a Court Research Associate at the National Center for State Courts.  Her project work has included weighted caseload studies, the 2005 Civil Justice Survey of State Courts, the Court Statistics Project, and an empirical evaluation of the representativeness and accuracy of commercial jury verdict reports.  Ms. Lee holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and an M.P.P. from the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy at the College of William & Mary.
