David C. Steelman

David C. Steelman, Principal Court Management Consultant, is responsible for domestic and international projects in such areas as court organization and governance, operations and performance review, trial court and appellate court caseflow management, problem-solving programs, business process enhancement, and family and juvenile court matters.

He received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.A. from the University of New Hampshire, and a B.A. from University of New Hampshire.
