John Matthias

Mr. Matthias has led and participated in process analysis and improvement, and systems requirements-gathering projects in 30 states and internationally.

Areas of expertise include court operations; case management systems for courts, prosecution and integrated justice; business process modeling; collection of fines and fees; and court videoconferencing.
