Larry Webster

Lawrence P. Webster, Principal Court Management Consultant, has recently worked on an electronic document management project for the Iowa judicial branch, a review of the appellate court clerk’s office in Alaska, an assessment of drug court information technology in Hawaii, CIO mentoring in Vermont, and IT reviews in the Mesa, Arizona Municipal Court, Chatham County, Georgia, North Dakota, and Montgomery County, Ohio. In addition, he has been involved in courthouse design and renovation projects in Mesa, Arizona and Marion County, Oregon.

Mr. Webster previously managed the Justice Information Exchange Model (JIEM) project for SEARCH, served as Delaware’s State Court Administrator, Executive Director of Court Technology Programs at the National Center for State Courts, and Director of Data Processing for the Utah courts.

Mr. Webster has an M.S.J.A. from the University of Denver College of Law, and a B.G.S. from Weber State College. He also received an A.A. from Weber State College.
