Linda Hardy, Conference & Meeting Planner, has provided administrative support for more than thirty years’ for executives working in the architectural/engineering, insurance, educational, and financial fields.  She officially joined the National Center for State Courts in March 2001, having previously worked for several months as a temporary employee in ICM.  She provides staff support for conference room AV systems and host for WebEx presentations; assists with Website updates,  ICM production services, online course component development, posts new courses to web calendar, designs PowerPoint presentations, and develops Exact Target marketing emails for education programs.  In addition, Ms. Hardy provides administrative support to the ICM curriculum developer to build professional faculty guides to assist faculty in delivering courses and creates participant guides for ICM courses.
