Mary Beth Kirven

Mary Beth Kirven, Court Management Consultant, has expertise in researching and assessing the needs of those state courts that are planning to build or renovate their facilities. This process includes evaluation and identification of court functional space needs, collection and analysis of historical caseload and population data, and the preparation of comprehensive reports to present an assessment and analysis of the courts’ needs.

She has a J.D. from the University of Denver where she received the American Jurisprudence Award, and an Honorable Mention for the Chief Justice Sutton International Law Award. She also received an M.S. from the University of Wyoming in Microbiology, and a B.S. from Colorado State University, also in Microbiology.
