Mary Sammon

Mary T. Sammon has 34 years of experience working with the courts.  She began her service at NCSC in January 2000 and serves as a Principal Court Management Consultant and handles national programs and partnerships for ICM.  She spent 23 years in court administration in courts of limited and general jurisdiction in Ohio.  Mary served as court administrator for the Akron Municipal Court in Ohio.  As court administrator, she was responsible for all aspects of the court’s operation including strategic planning, budget, personnel, automation, special projects, public relations, and facilities and staff management.  Mary received a B.S. in public administration from David N. Myers College in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating magna cum laude and received her M.Ed. at the College of William & Mary.  She is a 1999 Fellow of the Institute for Court Management and serves as an ICM instructor both nationally and internationally.
