Ms. Mayra Miranda, program specialist, received a B.A. in government with a concentration in international relations from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. She has worked for several departments of the National Center, including Communications, where she was a conference planning assistant; the Institute of Court Management, where she served as Spanish translator; and Research, where she was an assistant to the coordinator for court interpreting testing services and operations. Ms. Miranda is fluent in English and Spanish.
