Nial Raaen, Principal Court Management Consultant, has expertise in caseflow management, collections, court unification, specialty courts, court performance, municipal courts, case management systems, records management, court recording, probation, traffic case processing, and administrative offices of courts.

His education includes master’s degrees in Public Administration and Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Sociology. He is a Graduate Fellow of the Institute for Court Management.
