Paul S. Zeigler, PMP, is a Principal Court Management Consultant for the National Center for State Courts. He has an established track record of leading and delivering outstanding technology and business solutions on challenging and competitive projects to a broad range of public-sector organizations. Mr. Zeigler has extensive experience providing cost-effective services including: strategic planning, implementation project management, business process redesign, needs assessment, requirements definition, cost/benefit analysis, purchasing/procurement, performance measurement, and quality assurance.
Representative achievements include: defining system requirements, facilitating procurement, and managing the implementation of numerous criminal justice applications; identifying process improvements and automated solutions to save dollars and increase public and officer safety; developing strategic plans to assist justice organizations in meeting their goals and objectives; helping justify and obtain funding for systems implementation projects; and providing consulting assistance to two Department of Defense agencies, 13 state-level agencies, 15 counties, and two municipalities.
Mr. Zeigler has received an M.B.A. from Chapman University, Orange, Calif.; an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles; and a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University, St. Louis, Mo. He also is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and is certified by SEARCH on the Justice Information Exchange Model (JIEM).
