Richard Van Duizend

Richard Van Duizend, Principal Court Management Consultant, provides consulting, facilitation, and training services to courts throughout the United States and internationally on court organization and administration, caseflow management, strategic planning, performance management, managing complex litigation, strengthening the operation of the child protection process, provision of services to indigent and unrepresented litigants, operation of juvenile courts and drug courts, appointment and monitoring of guardians and conservators, grant writing, and other court management issues.

Richard received a J.D. from Harvard Law School with Honors - Harvard Law School Scholarship, Thomas B. Upham Public Service Scholarship. He also obtained an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College with Honors – Dean’s List for eight semesters, Harvard College Scholarship.
