Timothy F. Fautsko, Principal Court Management Consultant, provides state and local courts with on-site consultation, technical assistance, and management training. His expertise includes court security, emergency preparedness, caseflow management, business process analysis, records management, and workload assessments. He is also experienced in the development and evaluation of family courts, drug courts, and automation systems. Internationally, he has consulted to courts systems in Canada, Croatia, Italy, the Netherlands, Nepal, Nigeria, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad & Tobago.

He has obtained an M.A. from the University of Colorado in Human Services Administration, and a B.A. from Walsh University with a Double Major in Business Administration and English.
