Toni Grainer is the Education Specialist for the Institute for Court Management. In this capacity, she develops and implements the education programs for the respective Midyear Meetings of the Conference of Chief Justices and the Conference of State Court Administrators; similarly she coordinates the planning and execution of their Joint Annual Meeting. Toni also collaborates with the Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeal to design and implement the education program for their Annual Meeting. In addition to these responsibilities, Toni works directly with the Dean of the ICM Fellows Program to design and execute the Presentation Phase of ICM’s rigorous professional certification program. Toni comes to the National Center for State Courts having served many years as a corporate and association professional meeting planner as well as project directors of both state and local initiatives. Prior to coming to NCSC, she served as the Project Director for a three-year project with Virginia’s Governors Office for Substance Abuse Prevention helping to develop and deliver curricula and provide statewide technical assistance. Toni is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
