Through a partnership with ICM, courts can select from a wide-variety of training courses and two leadership certification programs to customize an education program to address their specific needs. A growing list of state administrative offices of the courts, trial courts, international groups, and other court-related organizations are partnering with ICM to offer training courses and professional development programs that:
- Reduce travel and training costs
- Receive flexible financial advantages
- Allow customization to meet specific needs
- Offer core course requirements for completing the Court Management Program and/or ICM Fellows Program to future leaders
- Provide Court Management Program (CMP) certification to staff
- Make available cutting-edge, skills-based management, leadership, and technical education programs taught by highly qualified faculty
Craft a partnership
Partnerships can be designed to meet the specific needs of participants at a time and place convenient to the partner. A partnership can be as simple as a stand-alone course or as all encompassing as a CMP package. ICM's Partnership Program also offers financial options that shrinking budgets demand.
