Nebraska does not have a separate probate court. The
(12 districts with 54 judges) has exclusive jurisdiction over mental health and domestic relations (except adoption). Jury trials are allowed except in appeals.
The county court (93 courts in 12 districts, with 59 judges) has exclusive jurisdiction over estates and adoption, plus concurrent jurisdiction over juvenile (three counties have a separate juvenile court). Jury trials are available in county court except in juvenile and small claims.
