Task Force on Preservation of the Justice System

In their continued efforts to examine the impact of the underfunding of the judiciary on access to justice, the American Bar Association's Task Force on Preservation of the Justice System held a hearing May 26, 2011, at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord.

The hearing featured testimony from state court chief justices, court personnel, and business and bar leaders and also included the stories of citizens who have been affected by the underfunded justice system.
