Monitoring Information: Wisconsin documents court performance relevant to time standards by producing computer-generated reports with information compiled at both local and statewide levels. The clerk of court, the presiding trial judge, the state court administrator, the AOC staff, and the trial court administrator receive reports. These reports are reviewed monthly. Annual case processing reports are available to the public on the Wisconsin Court System Web site.
Notes: These time standards are current as of March 2009.  Wisconsin is in the process of revising the case processing time standards for circuit courts.  The revisions are expected to be completed before the end of 2009.
