Greetings from Virginia. As many of you will know, the third Monday in January is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day here in the United States. As we celebrate the moral courage and exceptional legacy of Dr. King, it gives me great pleasure to reflect on some of the outstanding projects and activities that NCSC was involved in last year that support the Administration of Justice and Equality under Law.

Uganda, November 2013: Empowering Local Justice Innovators
NCSC initiates a large-scale, multi-year grant-making initiative that will provide funding to local Ugandan organizations and community groups who present promising approaches to improving land administration, increasing access to services, promoting land rights awareness, and facilitating peaceful resolution of conflicts.
