The Office of Court Administration’s Texas Court Remote Service provides free Spanish language interpretation services by licensed court interpreters in all case types by telephone or by videoconferencing, using the court’s existing equipment for short, non-evidentiary hearings that would typically last 30 minutes or less by advanced scheduling or on demand, as available in Texas district and county-level courts and, as time and resources permit, in justice and municipal courts.
