Appellate Procedure

Examines state-of-the-art efforts in three areas of appellate case management:  the information that is gathered, how the information is used to handle cases, and the monitoring of that information.

Appellate: ADR

Provides information on the goals of appellate mediation, the benefits and costs of mediation, and questions a court might ask when considering a mediation program, as well as links to courts where mediation has been tried and contact persons at individual mediation programs.
