ICM course discusses human resource laws.
In the ICM course, Workforce Management (formerly Managing Human Resources), participants learn about laws that impact workforce management in courts. Participants will understand how sound workforce practices, policies, and procedures can help a court achieve legal compliance, and how poor attention to detail, ineffective communication, and lack of follow-through can create employment issues with significant legal consequences. This course will be held at NCSC headquarters in Williamsburg, Va., from October 23-25, 2018.
