  • Gettysburg - A Course on Effective Leadership, Learning through History

    Alexandria, MN
    4/19/2016

Gettysburg is one of the most renowned and impactful battles in American History. The three-day battle encompassed a series of military encounters, each of which was carried out by leaders demonstrating different leadership styles and strengths. The ability to adjust their leadership styles and to maximize personal strengths directly impacted the battles they fought and eventually the final outcome of Gettysburg. This class is an opportunity for leaders to participate in a unique advanced leadership class that will provide the occasion to look inward to our own leadership styles and how we can become more effective leaders. In this interactive course, we will look closely at the lessons learned from Gettysburg and discuss our ability to learn from those leadership encounters. Visit ICM's calendar page for more information and to register for this course.
