ICM is pleased to announce new certification models for both the Court Management Program (CMP) and the ICM Fellows Program. The CMP program now has two tiers – Certified Court Manager and Certified Court Executive – with six courses in each tier that embrace the National Association for Court Management's (NACM) Core Competencies. The Federal Court Interpreter Certification Examination program (FCICE) defines criteria for certifying interpreters qualified to interpret in federal courts, culminating in a two-phase examination process.
The Consortium for Language Access in the Courts helps state court interpreters promote equal access to justice by eliminating language barriers for persons with limited English proficiency.
