Symposium/Task Force

The Kentucky Law Journal Symposium on Court Funding will be held September 23-24, 2011, at the University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington
The American Bar Association's Task Force on Preservation of the Justice System has issued a report, "Crisis in the Courts: Defining the Problem," which takes a hard look at the effects of court budget cuts at the federal, state, and local levels.
