Only those individuals who have passed a Phase One Written Examination are eligible for the Phase Two Oral Examination.

2013 Phase Two Oral Examination
Proposed test dates may be extended or shortened in some cities based on actual numbers of registrations, since each candidate is tested individually.
Registration Opens:
Monday, March 25, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time
Registration Deadline:
Registration closes on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Registration Fee: $250*
Test Administration Dates: July 15 through July 19, 2013**
Cancellation: The oral examination fee is non-refundable

The examination will be administered to eligible candidates who reside in Hawaii. Contact NCSC at fcice@ncsc.org if you plan to participate in the examination.
* Disputing the credit card charge after registering for the examination will trigger an automatic cancellation of your registration. The vendor name that will appear on your credit card statement will be “NCSC” or “NTL CTR FOR ST CTS.”
**Scores will be reported to candidates within 13 weeks of administration of the examinations (i.e., by October 18, 2013).
