The State Justice Institute and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) are pleased to announce a new and exciting leadership program designed specifically for the needs of chief justices, state court administrators, presiding judges and trial court administrators.

The Judicial Branch Leadership Academy is an interactive, problem-focused training program designed to develop core leadership skills needed in diverse judicial contexts. It is taught by a distinguished faculty of five experienced university professors, each a recognized expert in a key dimension of leadership. This inaugural Academy will be held on October 7 – 9 at the historic John Adams Courthouse, which houses the Supreme Court of Massachusetts.
