Cate Boyko is a Senior Court Research Associate with the National Center for State Courts. She was previously the Manager of Minnesota’s groundbreaking Conservator Account and Auditing Program. Ms. Boyko is a member of the Minnesota Elder Justice Committee and the recipient of the Paul Chapman Foundation for the Improvement of Justice Award, the Humphrey School of Public Affairs State Government Innovation Award, and the Court Information Officers Consortium Innovation Award. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and a MPA from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. She is an ICM Fellow.
