Kathryn Genthon

Kathryn J. Genthon is a Senior Court Research Analyst in the Research Division of the National Center for State Courts.  She received her B.A. in psychology from the College of William and Mary, her M.S. in criminal justice from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in public policy and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since joining the National Center for State Courts in 2014, she has been involved in numerous problem-solving court evaluations in several states, including statewide drug court and mental health court evaluations and the development of statewide problem-solving court performance measures. Ms. Genthon also serves as a State Liaison for the Court Statistics Project and conducts project work in the subject areas of access and fairness, domestic violence and protection orders, procedural fairness, and data standards.
