Cisco Connected Justice offers collaborative courtroom interpretation technologies to reduce barriers that prevent equal access to justice for limited English proficient speakers. We are experts in providing remote and in-person interpreter communication platforms that are reliable, easy to use, cost effective and most of all, secure. Our technology transforms courtrooms into digitally interactive spaces equipped to record, transcribe and store courtroom communications from beginning to end, thus alleviating the need for expensive and poorly integrated offline processes. Our team of experts work closely with our customers to develop a customized solution that addresses their language-access service needs. We consult with our customers to review their requirements and to assess how their needs can be aligned with our solutions. From there, we outline our existing language-access service capabilities and develop a roadmap to meet our customers’ immediate and future needs.
