Illinois

Court Clerk Mobile Connect. The Clerk of Court of Cook County offers a free mobile app that includes the following features: (1) Electronic Docket Case Search where the user can search a person’s name and find all the civil cases he or she has in any court division, and searching a specific case number for civil case types (this excludes any criminal case searches); (2) Traffic Ticket search where the user can search our traffic ticket database for moving violations by driver’s license or ticket number where either the case is still pending and/or the traffic ticket violation has not been settled; (3) Court call search that includes the court call roster for upcoming court events to be held within the next five businesses by case number; (4) Updated fee schedules; (5) Google maps to locate facilities; and (6) the ability to email and call a Cook County Court Division directly. It is available on the iphone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android devices.

Kansas

Kansas County District Court Records Search. In 2012, the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration (OJA), in partnership with Kansas.gov, launched a series of enhancements to the online Kansas County District Court Records Search application. One of these enhancements incorporates a new, user-friendly platform that allows Kansans to perform Kansas County District Court Records searches from a mobile device.The Kansas District Court Search Records online service has won a 2013 Digital Government Achievement Awards (DGAA) from e.Republic's Center for Digital Government.

Louisiana

Mobile Apps. The Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court offers mobile apps for iphones, Androids, and Blackberrys that are designed 1) To make it easier for citizens to access real-time election results searchable by a) date of election, b) candidate, and c) office or proposition; 2) To make jury service more convenient for jurors, their families, and their employers to a) confirm the need to appear for jury service, b) reschedule the date of jury service, and c) if age 70 or over, apply for a permanent exemption from service; and 3) features for attorneys that include a) searchable docket calendars for the 24th JDC and Jefferson Parish First and Second Parish Courts, b) commonly-used forms, c) fee schedules, and d) an office telephone directory with office locations. Other features include access to 1) the instructional jury service video presented to prospective jurors each morning in the courthouse in Gretna, and 2) contacts for all divisions of the clerk of court’s office, 3) polling place locations, and 4) maps of election districts.

Nevada

The Supreme Court of Nevada Mobile App. This app gives users access to publicly filed briefs, motions, orders and opinions.  Documents filed in the cases can be easily pulled up in PDF format. Users can create lists of their “favorite” cases for even easier access. Users can also view the court’s calendar, watch live webcasts of Supreme Court oral arguments, and listen to recordings of previously-held oral arguments. News items, court information and self-help court forms are also available. It's available for free on iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android devices on Google Play.

Ohio

CourtWatch allows users to quickly access full case and court schedule information and is the first of its kind in Ohio. CourtWatch features: (1) Search case information within the Toledo Municipal Court system for both civil and criminal/traffic divisions. Results include full journal entries, status of case, suit amounts, plaintiff/defendant information, attorney information, links to scanned documents, links to priors, and the ability to make payments on payable items; and (2) View the court schedule for the Toledo Municipal Court for both the Civil and Criminal/Traffic Divisions. This app is available on iphones, ipads, and Android devices.

Pennsylvania

iFJD. The First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and its Department of Information and Technology announced the rollout of an App that can be downloaded on IPhone and Android devices. The App displays the hearing lists for the Trial Division - Civil as well as the docket entries for the listed cases. With the touch of a button, users can see up-to-the-minute listings and filings.This app is designed for iPhone, iPad, Android Phones, and Tablets.

Virginia

iCourt. The Norfolk Circuit Court Clerk's Office offers a mobile app that allows users to access mobile docket, caseload calendar and on-line forms; learn about jury service; pay court costs, fines and fees; and access self-help manuals.
