Event Name A New Day for Remote Work in the State Courts?
Start Date Jun 24, 2021 3:00 PM
End Date Jun 24, 2021 4:30 PM
Duration 1 hour and 30 minutes
Description

While courts in many states had already joined the private sector and other government agencies in the adoption of policies more supportive of the possibility of remote work by court employees, the experience of the pandemic and closing of court facilities changed everything. With restrictions easing, many courts are facing a cultural shift in the attitudes of many employees and are evaluating the experience of the last year to determine whether changes in court HR policies and attitudes about remote work are needed. We will hear from three states that have been actively involved in the development and adoption of new policies and approaches for court employees in their state. Register here.
