| Description | In this Forms Camp session, camp counselors Paula Couselo-Findikoglu and Peggy Cadwell will teach you how to increase forms accessibility to reduce barriers for individuals with disabilities, low literacy, and limited English proficiency. Learn about forms translation, multilingual forms, processing non-English filings and providing scribing services for self-represented litigants. The session will include demonstrations and testimonials that illustrate the community impact of increasing access to court forms. Paula Couselo-Findikoglu is the Court Services Deputy Division Director at the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts. She served as the Language Access Senior Statewide Program Manager until 2021 and created the Diversity and Inclusion Department within the Court Services Division of the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts. Peggy Cadwell is the Certified ADA Title II Coordinator for the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts and a Court Certified Spanish Interpreter for the State of New Mexico. |
