The focus of this session will be on planning. The speakers will discuss:
- how to make the case for a technology project,
- how to make the case for how the initial investments in infrastructure can benefit in long-term savings,
- designing a project,
- conducting demonstration projects,
- prepaing cost-benefit analyses,
- and strategies for funding.
