Planning for Interpreter Technology Projects

The focus of this session will be on planning. The speakers will discuss:

  • how to make the case for a technology project,
  • how to make the case for how the initial investments in infrastructure can benefit in long-term savings,
  • designing a project,
  • conducting demonstration projects,
  • prepaing cost-benefit analyses,
  • and strategies for funding.
