Laura G. Klaversma

Laura Klaversma, Court Services Director, has over 23 years of experience managing organizations, both in the United States and the Middle East. She has expertise in all aspects of management including: organizational structure, collaborative partnerships, governance, grant development and financial management, customer service, policy development and implementation, program and systems development and evaluation, technology utilization, and human resources. Currently she is responsible for the service delivery for all Court Consulting Services Division projects including proposal preparation, team selection and organization, project management standards, quality assurance and contract compliance.

Ms. Klaversma has obtained a M.B.A., University of Houston, a B.S., Brigham Young University, Social Work and is an ICM Fellow, Court Executive Development Program.
