Notes:

New Hampshire did not respond to the 1999 survey, the fall 2002 update request, or the fall 2007 update request. However, in 2000, an operational review of the court’s case processing practices was conducted by the NCSC. In July 2001 the Supreme Court adopted performance standards that included case processing time standards. These standards are used to benchmark the court’s performance in appellate procedure.
