Plenary Session: Components of a Language Access Plan

The purpose of the Language Access Plan (LAP) is to document court policies, processes, and procedures for improving language access services for persons with limited English proficiency (LEP).  The LAP serves to inform both internal and external audiences.  This session will provide a description of the components of a LAP, including a discussion of who needs to be involved in the development process, estimates of level of effort, and the level of detail needed and data to be included in the LAP.
