Gwen Whitaker, chief financial officer and vice president of Finance, oversees NCSC’s financial management and performance. Before joining NCSC in 1998, Whitaker, who is a certified public accountant, a certified internal auditor and a certified fraud examiner, worked for 15 years at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Toastmasters International, and the City of Williamsburg Finance & Audit Committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University.
