About the speakers
The Summit, held October 1-3, 2012, called attention to the problem of access to justice for people with limited English proficiency, and permitted state courts and other stakeholders to share successful strategies and evidence-based practices and develop state action plans for system improvements.
The Summit consisted of a dynamic mixture of plenary sessions, workshops, and state team planning sessions that enabled participants to share ideas and programs.
The website www.ncsc.org/languagesummit, serves as a one-stop online archive of presentation materials and resources for re-use in the future.
