The General Counsel Committee of the National Center for State Courts provides an opportunity for collaboration between general counsels of America’s leading corporations and NCSC on the work and programs that improve the administration of justice.
The Committee creates and participates in opportunities for dialogue on judicial reform issues among state court leaders, the business community, and the public. Recently, focus has been given to issues such as electronic discovery, mass torts, jury system reform, and improvements in judicial elections.
The National Center for State Courts is grateful to the General Counsel Committee for its generosity and valuable participation.
