Jacquelyn Gilbreath

Jacquelyn Gilbreath is a Court Research Analyst in the Research Division of the National Center for State Courts. She received her B.A. in sociology and social welfare & justice from Marquette University and her MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, with a concentration in social and economic development and a specialization in policy. Previously, she has worked as an intern under a mitigation specialist with the Federal Public Defenders and has provided court advocacy to clients filing domestic violence injunctions. Since joining the National Center for State Courts in 2019, she has participated in project work for the following areas: strategic foresight, holistic defense, pretrial risk assessment tools, and access to civil justice.
