Managing Interpreter Staff and Contractors

This workshop will focus on managing interpreter staff and contractors, including calendaring and scheduling. The presenters will discuss the processes for determining whether to use staff or contract interpreters and the differences between managing employees and contractors. Additionally, the speakers will discuss best practices for an evaluation process, responding to complaints, and employing disciplinary procedures.
