Reporting and Analytics

Within the Case Management (CMS) ecosystem, the Reporting and Analytics component provides options for reporting and methods of data analysis, leveraging the data stores maintained by a court.

  1. Access court data repositories maintained in commercially available database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, MySQL, ADABAS)
  2. Management of the access to court data repositories in a manner that minimizes impact to production system performance
  3. Development of reports and data extracts without needing technical skills or in-depth knowledge of SQL or the database schema
  4. Creation of ad hoc reports and extracts
  5. Creation, maintenance, and execution of standardized reports and extracts.
  6. Creation of graphical visualizations of the data
  7. Creation of dashboards that incorporate the reports, extracts, and visualizations that have been created
  8. Downloading report and data to a variety of formats, including PDF/A; Word; Excel; CSV; and XML
  9. Ability for administrators to add report parameters to ad hoc reports and extracts selecting from all existing data fields
