Frequently Asked Questions

What is the format of the Court Solutions Consulting?

Court Solutions Consulting provides an online, one-on-one opportunity to seek a solution consultation to a business problem. This is not a seminar or class that you attend, it is an online meeting and personalized consulting opportunity. We are focused exclusively on you and your court’s challenge during that time. However, you are welcome to include one or more of your colleagues in the discussion.

How long will my session be?

Consultation time slots are typically around 60 to 90 minutes.

How do I make an appointment?

To schedule an online meeting, please email a request.

In your message, please describe your business problem, and provide your top three favored time slots. We will respond to you with a follow-up email and Zoom meeting invitation.

How should I prepare for the online meeting?

Prior to your meeting, you are welcome to email relevant information and visual aids that may help your discussion.  You will also have the ability to share your screen during the online meeting.

If you need more assistance or to cancel your appointment, please contact Lauren Roth.
