eFiling Manager

Within the Case Management System (CMS) ecosystem, Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) aggregates electronic court filings from one or more Electronic Service Providers (EFSP) thereby providing a central environment where court personnel can review, edit, and approve or reject the filings. The EFM interacts with one or more CMS’ to record the approved information and documents within the electronic court filing to the appropriate CMS.

Where the EFM aggregates electronic court filings, it also becomes a manager that authorizes which EFSP can interact with the system and manages the relationship of the EFSP to filers. This relationship management is then used to manage distribution of electronic Notifications.
