Improve family case management with tools & targeted support

Selected courts will receive custom training, tools, triage, and tracking to support improved and sustainable outcomes through this year-long program.

Overview:

Through the Right Services, Right Time: Promising Practices for Family Courts initiative, we're offering courts practical tools and targeted support to strengthen how family cases are managed — from intake to resolution.

Participating courts can select one or more resources designed to reduce delays, improve user experience, and support decision-making — without requiring major system changes. This project is funded by the State Justice Institute (SJI.)

Family courts handle some of the most complex and consequential cases in the justice system, yet often do so without dedicated funding or modern tools. With support from the State Justice Institute, this initiative provides practical, evidence-based resources to help courts strengthen outcomes for families.
