Empowered to excel

Across the country, ICM Fellows are making their mark as leaders, advancing justice, and transforming courts. See how our alumni are driving meaningful change in today's justice system.

I never considered the pursuit of becoming an ICM Fellow as being on my career path. It always seemed like I was too busy, or it wasn't the right time, or the mountain was just too high to climb. After completing the ICM Fellows program, I think of this completely differently and wish I could go back in time. This program has altered the trajectory of my career path in ways I could have never considered and opened new opportunities that I didn't know existed.
