Health & wellness
Medical insurance includes PPO, HDHP options (HMO option for VA residents). Insurance is also provided for dental and vision, along with an employee assistance program.

Policies include employer-paid life insurance for employee & family; employer- paid accidental death insurance; and employer-paid short-term & long-term disability.
Paid time off
Compensation package includes all-purpose leave (varies by pay band and tenure) and 10 paid holidays.
Retirement & pre-tax savings
Retirement includes money purchase plan pension account (9% of salary contributed by NCSC) with optional 403B and 125 plans.
Education & professional development
Education assistance is available, along with paid training and development. NCSC is also a qualifying employer for public service loan forgiveness as a 501 (c)3.
