- Pass oral performance test with score of 70% or higher in all 3 parts
- Background records check
Languages with no NCSC Test
- Attend orientation
- Pass written test & written language assessment
- OPI at Superior level for languages with no NCSC test
- Versant English test with 49 minimum score
- Background records check
Reciprocal Oral Performance Exams
Pass NCSC test in another state with 70% in all 3 parts (with restrictions) Pass federal certification test
ASL certification:
- PA orientation
- NCSC written exam
- RID, NAD or BEI certification results.
